Magnum Estate Holding is a sub-holding company under Magnum Corporation, focused on investments in the real estate sector, such as hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, warehouses, spas, rental units, offices, and mixed-use projects. At present, the focus is within Thailand’s major cities — Bangkok, Phuket, Rayong, Pattaya, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai – with an eye to international expansion on the horizon.

• SkyView Bangkok Hotel

Operating since 2016, SkyView Hotel Bangkok Em District is located in the heart of Bangkok’s prime shopping and entertainment district on Sukhumvit Soi 24.

The hotel is situated next to Emporium Shopping Mall, just a 2-minute walk from EmQuartier Shopping Mall, BTS Phrom Phong Station, and Benjasiri Park.

• Terminal Sapanhun Arcade Bangkok

Operating since 1951, Terminal Sapanhun Arcade is in Bangkok's Old Town district. The area has a long association with the textile and garment industry. An assortment of small local businesses lease our arcade's commercial spaces.

• Residential Rental Units

We invest in large condominium units in Bangkok's CBD. We lease these out on long-term contracts to expatriates and business corporations.

• Land Acquisition

Our Land Team is constantly on the lookout for land with development potential. We secure land on a freehold purchase basis.

• SkyView Livinghotels Bangkok

Skyview Livinghotels Bangkok is a high-end 75-room hotel located on Sukhumvit Soi 38, opposite Sukhumvit Soi 55 (Thonglor), one of the busiest streets in the capital. This luxury project will commence construction in 2023, with plans to open in 2025. It is targeting at both the long-stay and residential markets.

Thanks to its stunning natural beauty and rich history, this province has long been a popular yet underdeveloped tourist destination in Thailand. The area is primed for expansion and we are excited to be at the forefront of this investment frontier.

• SkyView River Kwai Resort Kanchanaburi

Investment in a beautiful plot of land in Kanchanaburi Province (110km to the west of Bangkok) beside the River Kwai. The development of a four-star resort will commence in 2023.

• Patong Luxury Villa and Spa, Phuket

Investment in a small luxury villa and spa in Patong, Phuket. Construction is set to begin in 2023.

• Suvarnabhumi Airport Mix-Use Project, Bangkok

Under development is a mixed-use project nearby to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. This project will include a hotel, serviced-apartments, community mall, shopping center, and warehouse. The project will commence construction in 2024.

Magnum All Company Limited

Magnum All is a sub-holding company under Magnum Corporation, focused on investments in business sectors not related to real estate. Currently, all projects are based in Bangkok.

• High Solution

We import firearm accessories, such as holsters, protection gear, scopes, shooting gears, knives, stocks, and grips. We supply these products to law enforcement and commercial sellers across the region.

• Coffaholic

We are launching a new cafe brand in Thailand. Coffaholic will be a sophisticated café, serving organic coffee, fresh juice, wine, and vegan food. The first branch is scheduled to open in downtown Bangkok in 2023.

• Trioxy Global

An offline and online store specializing in the sale of high-quality law enforcement items – firearms, rifle scopes, knives, stocks, accessories – from around the world. These items are supplied to special forces in Thailand and across the region.
